Prometeus Global Solutions has obtained from AENOR the certification of conformance to ISO/IEC 25000 - Functional Adequacy, for their product Prometeus Delfos.

This certification has been achieved thanks to the collaboration between AENOR, AQCLab and Prometeus Global Solutions, following the software product quality evaluation and certification process. Thus, AQCLab has carried out the evaluation of the software product Prometeus Delfos 1.0.0 and has supported Prometeus Global Solutions in the improvement of its quality in order to achieve the ISO/IEC 25000 certification.

Prometeus Delfos is the natural language query bar integrated into Prometeus Intelligent Data Suite (Prometeus IDS), a solution for analyzing data from an organization and its environment that was also previously certified as conforming to ISO/IEC 25000. Delfos provides an interface to interact with IDS and obtain graphs, lists and tables automatically, through its natural language processing bar, using artificial intelligence and fuzzy logic techniques.

The Functional Suitability evaluation helps to ensure that the software product being evaluated fully and correctly meets the requirements specified for it. In addition, the Functional Suitability evaluation helps to improve customer confidence and satisfaction, and provides an element of differentiation from the competition.
